We're Hiring - Digital Marketing Executive

Job Purpose

We are looking for a results-oriented digital marketing executive who will be responsible for growing our brand through active management and development of our online communities and social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities and Duties

Working closely under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  1. Researching, preparing write-ups and publishing details of our products and services across social media pages and the company website.

  2. Driving lead generation online through creation of exciting and relevant social media posts.

  3. Responding to phone calls, emails, comments and nuances that arise from our online marketing activities.

  4. Managing customer enquiries online in a manner that promotes a healthy relationship between our brand and our followers.

  5. Active leads distribution and follow up in liaison with the sales team.

  6. Implementing marketing strategies and plans as may be required through paid media buying.

  7. Working closely with the content creator to create and adhere to an approved content calendar.

  8. Analyzing emerging trends on social media to guide overall marketing activities for the company.

  9. Preparing accurate and timely reports on awareness and engagement scores across managed social media pages and the company website.

  10. Adhering to SEO best practices when developing social media posts.

  11. Any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the department.

Job Requirements & Desired Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field of study.

  2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in community management, digital media buying or public relations in a busy advertising agency or marketing department.

  3. Highly creative and Self-driven individual.

Additionally, we would love to hear it if you have:

  1. Superb understanding of emerging social media platforms (and trends within those platforms) that can be leveraged to drive active brand growth.

  2. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the business environment and solve challenges realtime.

  3. Experience analyzing audience needs in the digital space and buying ads across social media and publisher platforms.

  4. Grown online following for a number of brands through active community management or paid media buying.
